Bulgar Wheat Salad

This a middle Eastern-style salad. What I like about this salad is I can quickly prepare it, and I can keep in the fridge as it for later. So, I am pretty sure you will love this salad. So, let’s start with the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur Wheat (200g)
  • Lemon Juice (2 teaspoons)
  • Pomegranate Seeds (40g)
  • Dried apricots (30g)
  • Raisins (20g)
  • Flat parsley (1 teaspoon)
  • Mint (1 teaspoons)
  • Diced Onion (40g)
  • Olive Oil (2 teaspoons)
  • Pine Nuts (30g)
  • Baby Gem Lettuce (80g)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. First of all, cook bulgur wheat in a pot covered with hot water. Cook it for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Let's cook and, cool down and set it on the side. 

  3. Now, chop the mint & Parsley.

  4. Mix it in a bowl chopped parsley, mint, bulgur wheat, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds and lemon juice.

  5. Now. season with salt and pepper

  6. Serve in a bowl with baby gem lettuce
