First of all, cook bulgur wheat in a pot covered with hot water. Cook it for 12-15 minutes.

Now, chop the mint & Parsley.
Mix it in a bowl chopped parsley, mint, bulgur wheat, pine nuts, pomegranate seeds and lemon juice.
