Oven Roasted Broccoli

Roasted broccoli is the super simple dish to cook. If might take 30 minutes plus but it will not waste you any of your time. So, let's get started your vegan meal prep with roasted broccoli.

  • Broccoli (450g) or 6 Cups
  • Olive Oil (3 tablespoons)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
  • Crushed Pine Nuts (3 tablespoons)
  • Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Diary Free Parmesan Cheese (50g)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste.


  1. Get a bowl and add broccoli then season with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Then Get a baking pan with a baking paper. Add seasoned broccoli and roast it 20-25 minutes.

  3. Take them out from oven and add lemon juice and pine nuts. Then cook it for another 10 minutes.

  4. Add your vegan parmesan cheese and Serve.

You can also add other vegetables to it like carrot or cauliflower.
