Broccoli With Spicy Garlic

This dish is sort of a Chinese meal. If you like Chinese food then this could be amazing for you because you can make it as spicy you want. Or no spicy. So, its suits with any meal preparation or vegan meal prep.

Ingredients

For Broccoli

  • Broccoli (450g) or 6 cups.
  • Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)

Sauce ingredients

  • Vegetable Stock(1/2cup)
  • Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Maple Syrup (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic (1 tablespoon) Minced
  • Red Chili Flakes (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Get a pan. Add olive oil and sauté the broccoli for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper.

  2. In the meantime, let's prepare the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients and set on the side.

  3. Now add the sauce to the broccoli. Then combine cornstarch. Cook it for 4-7 minutes. Cook it until the sauce has thickened.

  4. And serve with rice.
