Ingredients

  • Bell Pepper
  • Sliced Mushroom
  • 3 Cups of TVP (Textured Vegetable Proteinase)
  • 2 Cans of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • Basil Leaf
  • Onion and Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. SO, Sauté the bell pepper and mushroom in the preheated pan for 2 minutes.

  2. Make your saucepan ready, with the tomato sauce and add rest of the ingredients.

  3. After few minutes ads sauté pepper and mushroom to the sauce.

  4. Add all the other ingredients in the saucepan and add TVP.

  5. ADD 1 cup more water.

  6. Get s large pan for the pasta to boil the pasta for 7-10 minutes and drain them.

  7. Get a serving bowl with pasta and add sauce to your need. So, your delicious pasta Ready for dinner.
