Vegan Party Food: Vegan Pizza Margherita Will Make a Great

So, let’s prepare the vegan party pizza:

Ingredients

For Pizza Dough

  • 600g White Strong Corn Flour (Including for Dusting)
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Yeast (Dried)
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil

For Tomato Sauce

  • Canned Tomato Sauce

For Toppings

  • 220g Vegan Mozzarella-Style Cheese
  • Sliced 2 Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mint and Chilli Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix 150ml cold water and 200ml boiled water, then put 500g white flour, 1tsp dried yeast and 1tsp thrower sugar. Mix it with water. Now, mix a quantity of oil and salt to the warm water. Then over the flour outpour it. Mix it well with a spoon.

  2. Then start mixing the mixture in the bowl. Keep mixing up until you get petty and soft sticky dough. If your dough looks dry, mixed some cold water.

  3. Dust some flour powder in your dough and knead the dough for a while. Bring it back into the bowl. And spread 1tsp olive oil over the dough. Put it in a warm place and bring it back when you get the doubled in size.

  4. Put your pizza dough on a baking tray or a pizza stone and heat oven with 200C/200C gas. Take it back when you get a lot less sticky and springy. Keep the stray on the side and prepare your sauce.

  5. Get your dough reasonable good sizes. Make their shapes into balls and flatten all pieces out as thin. You can get it with a roller or your hands. Put some flour powder to make sure your pizza dough is well dusted to stop sticking.

  6. Get another dusted baking sheet with flour and put a pizza on your baking sheet. 4/5 tbsp. Tomato sauce sprinkles on it and puts some sliced tomatoes. And mix enough vegan cheese.

  7. Bake it in the oven and drizzle with little olive oil for 10 to 12 minutes. And get it ready. You can do the same with the rest of dough.

  8. Serve it with basil leaves or chilli oil if you love it and after baking, you should spread some brown onion over the vegan pizza margarita.
