Ingredients

  • 1.25 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ Cup of Coconut (Shredded)
  • One Quarter (¼) Tablespoon of Baking Soda
  • One Quarter (¼) Tablespoon of Nutmeg
  • One Quarter (¼) Tablespoon of Allspice
  • One Quarter (¼) Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • One Half (½) Vanilla Extract
  • Three Quarters (¾) Regular Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
  • Three Quarters (¾) of Warm Water
  • Oil
  • 3 Strawberries Large Size + One Banana Processed in Food Processor

Instructions

  1. Whisk those ingredients in a large bowl (flour, coconut, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and salt)

  2. In a small bowl mix the rest of the items (warm water, coconut milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup).

  3. Then mix both ingredients of them until no clumps remaining.

  4. Preheat pan and add some oil to the pan. one-quarter cup (¼) / pancake.

  5. Cook them in medium heat until they become golden.

  6. In the meantime, slice about 20 strawberries. And make the cream sauce with banana and strawberry.

  7. Stack the pancake with strawberry and banana strawberry sauce. Serve with the maple syrup.

  • 1 Cup Blueberries(Fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil (Grapeseed)
  • 1 Cup Milk (Almond Milk)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Blueberry Syrup/ Glaze:

  • One Quarter (¼) Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1.25 Cup of Vegan Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • Half Teaspoon(½) Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (Almond Milk)

Instructions

  1. First of all, get ready a preheat oven to 325F and coating pan with grapeseed oil.

  2. Stir together the sugar, grape seed oil, almond milk, applesauce and vanilla extract for a minute.

  3. Add the baking powder, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and whisk until its thoroughly mixed.

  4. Add the blueberry and pour the batter into the pan.

  5. Bake it for 15-20 minutes depending on the doughnut size. Cook them until they become golden brown.

  6. Remove the doughnut and let be cool before removing from the pan.

  7. Let’s work on the glaze. Place the blueberries in a large bowl and crush them with a spoon. Remove the unwanted skin if necessary.

  8. Add sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, almond milk mixes them until they became glaze/syrup.

  9. Your doughnut is ready in the meantime. Brush the blaze/syrup over the doughnut and enjoy.

  • English Muffin (1 pcs)
  • 2 Vegan Sausages (Pressed into Round Patty)
  • Bell Pepper (Thin Slice)

  • 1 Tablespoon Jam (Any Berry Jam)
  • Black Pepper (Pinch)
  • Olive Oil
  • Sliced Mushroom

Instructions

  1. First of all, cut your muffin and press it over the grill for 30 seconds.

  2. Slice your vegan sausage and make it look like a patty. You can add some diced onion into the patty for better taste.

  3. Now place it under the grill or pan. A grill is always better it brings a smoky flavor to the patty. Cook it for 2-5 min depending on the size of the patty.

  4. Now cook the sliced mushroom and bell pepper in the pan with a bit of olive oil. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
