- Shredded Carrots (2 cups)
- Rolled Oats (1 cup)
- Pitted Dates (1 cup)
- Walnut (1/2 cup)
- Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Cinnamon Powder (1 tablespoon)
- Shredded Coconut (1/4 cup)
- Nutmeg (½ tablespoon)
- Vanilla Extract (2 tablespoons)
- Sea salt to taste
Get a food processor. Add all the ingredients in the processor. Just don’t add shredded coconut. Blend them until they are thoroughly combined.
Use your hands and make them into small size balls. Add Shredded coconut on top of the Carrot cake.
If the dough is too dry to roll you can add a little dash of coconut oil or water. You can add other ingredients link almond flakes or more nuts.
