  • French Bread (lightly toasted 12pcs)
  • Chopped Basil (1/2 cup)
  • Diced Tomatoes (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. First of all, combine the fresh basil, chopped tomatoes, olive oil, add some sea salt and pepper. Keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes and don’t forget to cover it

  2. Now toast your bread. Then take out tomatoes from the refrigerator Take a spoon and fill up the toasted bread with tomatoes.

  3. Add some crushed pepper on the top. And serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Wraps (4 pcs)
  • Uncooked Quinoa (1 cup)
  • A hand full of Fresh Spinach
  • Hummus (½ cup)
  • Shredded Carrot (½ cup)
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes (½ cup)

Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare the quinoa first. Get a saucepan add 2 cups of water to boil with quinoa. Cook the quinoa for 15-20 minutes. Cook over medium heat, until it's, gets slimmer. And keep the quinoa on a side.

  2. Get you Tortilla wraps spread the equal amount of hummus. Add fresh chopped spinach, Shredded carrot, Sundried tomatoes.

  3. The wrap is almost ready. Fold to end first and then in the middle. Slice the wrap at an angle. And enjoy.

You can prepare the quinoa early in the rice cooker as well. You can also add other fresh vegetables like cucumber, fresh tomatoes.

Carrot Cake Bites

This easy gluten-free carrot cake you will love it. It’s simple and easy vegan meal prep with no bake needed. This snack you can keep it the fridge to enjoy later or enjoy them at room temperature.

Ingredients

  • Shredded Carrots (2 cups)
  • Rolled Oats (1 cup)
  • Pitted Dates (1 cup)
  • Walnut (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Cinnamon Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Shredded Coconut (1/4 cup)
  • Nutmeg (½ tablespoon)
  • Vanilla Extract (2 tablespoons)
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Get a food processor. Add all the ingredients in the processor. Just don’t add shredded coconut. Blend them until they are thoroughly combined.

  2. Use your hands and make them into small size balls. Add Shredded coconut on top of the Carrot cake.

Recipe Notes

If the dough is too dry to roll you can add a little dash of coconut oil or water. You can add other ingredients link almond flakes or more nuts.
