So, it’s always been hard for them. Even if they find a perfect dessert for them but they might don’t know how to prepare it. So, have two different Easy vegan dessert recipes. Vegan Dessert Ideas: 01
We all love cheesecake. Made with rich flavour and perfectly balanced. Try this cheesecake as its baked. So, you can keep it at room temperature without melting the cake. And you can serve it, four people, easily.
- Raw Cashew Nut (60g)
- Coconut Cream (120g)
- Cornstarch (3g)
- Vanilla Extract (1 Teaspoon)
- Maple Syrup (80ml)
- Vegan Cream Cheese (112g)
- Coconut Oil(7ml)
- Lemon Zest (1 Tablespoon)
- Lemon Juice (10-15ml)
- Sea Salt (Pinch)
- Rolled Oats (43g)
- Raw Almond (40g)
- Coconut Sugar (12g)
- Coconut Oil (30g)
- Sea Salt (pinch)
Get a bowl and pour the hot water and cashew then cover it for minimum 1 hour.
Meantime preheat oven to 350F. Get a loaf pan with baking paper and set on a side.
Add all the crust ingredients in a blender and process it until the loose dough has formed. You should be squeezable with your two fingers. If the mixture is little hard, then add little more coconut oil.
Transfer the mixture in the loaf pan and spread evenly. Press it well with a spoon or a glass to come on the side a bit, or it will be thick in the bottom.
Now time to bake it for 15 minutes. The edge of the crust will be golden brown.
By this time cashew nut will be ready & drain them. And put it in the blender. Add all the other ingredients for fillings. Blend it until it's has become smooth and creamy.
Taste the filling. And add extra if necessary like lemon zest, salt, or maple syrup.
Now add the mixture to your pre-baked crust. And make sure to spread evenly. Make sure there are no air bubbles inside it by tapping.
Bake it again for another 45 minutes to 1 hour. Take them out when it does not look like liquid. But slightly jiggly.
Take them out from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. And leave it in the fridge for 5 hours to overnight.
For serving lift the baking paper and put it on a plate. And cut it into a triangle shape.
Try to add coconut whipped cream and fresh berries to serve for better taste. You have extra you can keep it for later in the fridge for two days.

- Apple Vinegar (1 Teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1/2 Teaspoon)
- Coconut Oil (3 Tablespoons)
- Salt (½ Teaspoon)
- 2 Avocados (Super Ripe)
- Baking Chocolate (34g)
- Cocoa Powder(34g) Unsweetened
- Agave Syrup(85g)
- Almond Milk (1/4 Cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 Teaspoon)
- Salt (1/4 Teaspoon)
Let's make the cupcake with all the ingredients for the cake. Mix them and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the size.
For the fostering first use the microwave to melt the chocolate.
Let it cool little and then use a food processor to mix all the fostering ingredients.
Add foster on the top of the cupcake. And let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours. And enjoy.
