Broccoli With Spicy Garlic
This dish is sort of a Chinese meal. If you like Chinese food then this could be amazing for you because you can make it as spicy you want. Or no spicy. So, its suits with any meal preparation or vegan meal prep.
- Broccoli (450g) or 6 cups.
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
- Vegetable Stock(1/2cup)
- Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Maple Syrup (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (1 tablespoon) Minced
- Red Chili Flakes (1 tablespoon)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Get a pan. Add olive oil and sauté the broccoli for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper.
In the meantime, let's prepare the sauce. Mix all the sauce ingredients and set on the side.
Now add the sauce to the broccoli. Then combine cornstarch. Cook it for 4-7 minutes. Cook it until the sauce has thickened.
And serve with rice.

Oven Roasted Broccoli
Roasted broccoli is the super simple dish to cook. If might take 30 minutes plus but it will not waste you any of your time. So, let's get started your vegan meal prep with roasted broccoli.
- Broccoli (450g) or 6 Cups
- Olive Oil (3 tablespoons)
- 4 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
- Crushed Pine Nuts (3 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Diary Free Parmesan Cheese (50g)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Get a bowl and add broccoli then season with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Then Get a baking pan with a baking paper. Add seasoned broccoli and roast it 20-25 minutes.
Take them out from oven and add lemon juice and pine nuts. Then cook it for another 10 minutes.
Add your vegan parmesan cheese and Serve.
You can also add other vegetables to it like carrot or cauliflower.
Vegan Brunch: 03
If you never had char grill broccoli, then you should decently try to make it. It's tasty, and it does not take a long time to cook. So, let’s get started.
- Broccoli (450g)
- Olive Oil (100 ml)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Red Chili (sliced)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Get a large saucepan and ready the water to boil. And boil the broccoli for 2-3 mins in boiling water
Dry the broccoli. In a mixing bowl add Garlic olive oil and chili. Add the broccoli to the mixing bowl. And leave it for 5 minutes
Now get a griddle pan and heat it up until it is sweltering. Place the broccoli in the hot pan. Season the salt and pepper to your taste.
Cook it until its turn golden brown. And serve.
